Refund policy
REFUND/ RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned/ exchanged. No worries! Return requests are accepted for store credit only within 7 days from your delivery date. We currently do not offer refunds on any items. The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost within 5 days after items have been inspected. Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date.
You can return your item(s) through our Returns Portal. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new condition with all tags attached, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags still attached. We also require your original invoice or receipt to be returned with your item to complete your exchange. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued.
Conditions:
- Items must be returned unworn , unwashed, no damage, unused and with tags attached.
- No visible makeup, or deodorant, or any stains or markings on items.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items
- Sunglasses
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear / Cover-ups
- Lingerie
- Visibly Worn items
- Select White Items
- Items outside of policy window
- Intimate items
- Damaged or missing items
- Gift Cards
- Personal care items
Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.
By completing a purchase with VEV Collections you are agreeing to our full return policy.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
If you are approved, then your STORE CREDIT ONLY will be processed, and a credit will be sent to you.
